Polastax is all about exploring the untapped potential of instant film. We’re offering a new way to use Instax Wide instant film in Polaroid pack film cameras that were manufactured in 1960s and 70s, the 100-400 series Polaroid Land Cameras.
Our Polastax Instax Wide film holder lets you use instant film in cameras that have glass lenses, manual focus, and a choice of different apertures (f-stops). What’s more, we’ve created a special effects system that works with the holder, allowing anyone to easily apply masking and filter effects to an Instax Wide photograph.
Please note that the film holders we sell do not contain rollers for developing film and that Instax Wide film can’t be developed in a Polaroid Land Camera. When you use the Polastax system, developing is done in a rewired Instax 210 or an equivalent device made for Instax Wide film.
